Semi-Automatic Continuous Ice Cream Freezer

  • A freezer – separate placement.
  • The machine can be recommendable for those customers-manufacturing of a wide variety of products in small quantity, by manually controlled "Dasher", "Overrun", "Ice Cream production volume", maintaining the full automatic Ice cream productivity, providing the customers ability to turn in a small radius.
  • In addition, a pressure control inside cylinders is automatic so that stable overrun and stabilizing the temperature.
  • Easy handling of consumables, on the mix flow counter indicating using amount of the mix liquid and operating hours shown on the recorder of Dasher operating hours.

Batch Ice Cream Freezer

  • Production Capacity : 3L/B　20L/B　40L/B　 Converted at O.R. 100%, Mixed volume is a half.
  • Rotation can be adjustable by Dasher Inverter.
  • Easy washing, simple structure and easy broke down.
  • Scraper is made from hardened SUS steel which is the same strength of big machines.
  • This helps high reproducibility of removing the cream on the cooling surface layer.

Ice Shaving Equipment

Producing ice shaving

  • The machine produces Ice shaving from commercially available ice block 135kg and blending syrup.
  • Ice shaving, syrup measuring, blending with shaved ice, discharge, liquid-level control in the Feeder hopper-This equipment is automatically controlled and work saving.
  • Capacity: Sales products 12,000 L/Hr – 24,000 L/Hr including mixing time after ice shaving.
