Echigo Beer(Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture)

Product Introduction

The first craft beer maker in Japan, Uehara Sake Brewery, renowned for its Echigo Tsurukame sake, began production in 1994 after obtaining a beer brewing license.

Koshihikari Echigo Beer

Niigata-grown Koshihikari rice is used in the brewing process. It results in a dry beer with a clean, crisp finish and a sharp flavor.

Pilsner

Czech Saaz hops, considered the original hops for Pilsner beer are used. It's made from 100% malt and follows the classic lager style.

Premium Red Ale

A beautiful red ale with a robust bitterness and citrusy aroma derived from hops. It's a medium-bodied ale that offers a flavorful experience.

Baerenbier(Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture)

Product Introduction

Established in 2001 in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture, this brewery utilizes brewing equipment that was used over 100 years ago in southern Germany.
They employ vintage equipment such as copper brewing kettles, a malt mill (for crushing malt), and a coolship (a vessel for cooling wort), all while following the traditional European styles to craft their beer.

Classic

A full-bodied lager with a well-balanced combination of richness and bitterness.
This beer has been a staple and classic since the founding of the brewery.

Schwarz

While it retains the characteristic richness of a dark beer, it has a smooth flavor and a clean finish.
A new sensation of German-style dark beer.

Weizen

A yeast-infused beer made with wheat, commonly enjoyed in southern Germany.
It is known for its fruity aroma and smooth flavor.

Akatsuki Brewery(Hachimantai City, Iwate Prefecture)

Product Introduction

A sustainable brewery that maximizes the use of local resources, including organic malt and hops, and benefits from the geothermal power of the Hachimantai region, which is home to Kanazawa's renowned spring water and has been selected as one of Japan's top 100 natural waters.

OH!LA!HO BEER(Toumi City, Nagano Prefecture)

Founded in 1996 in Togoshi, Nagano Prefecture, Oraho Beer is a brewery that embraces a free-spirited approach to beer-making, unconstrained by trends or styles. The name "Oraho" comes from the local dialect, meaning "us," signifying their connection to the region.
Situated amidst the majestic mountains of the Yatsugatake and Northern Alps, they craft beer with a sense of freedom.

Captain Crow Extra Pale Ale

By using more than double the usual amount of hops, they achieve a juicy aroma that directly stimulates the senses.
It offers a rich and bitter drinking experience.

Raiden Kannuki IPA

An IPA that prioritizes a balanced blend of tropical hop aromas and a smooth mouthfeel.

Golden Ale
